Requirements
The Sunshine emblem is one of the highest emblems that can be earned by a boy at Red Arrow. The entire camp staff awards this emblem to a boy who has truly lived up to his full potential. A Sunshine recipient must consistently put forth his best effort and be friendly, kind, empathetic, encouraging, and respectful to his fellow campers and to the Red Arrow staff. Furthermore, he must always demonstrate an appreciation for his experience at Red Arrow.
