Beginner

• Sign up for two sessions
• Shoot all NRA awards up to and including bar one.
• Know rifle and ammunition.
• Demonstrate proper conduct and attitude on the range.
• Know basic safety rules and elements of good target shooting.
• Properly clean a rifle and know how to prep rifle for long storage.
• Shooting in two optionals.
• Know range commands and be asked to run range for two rounds.
• Properly shoot a competition target (15 rounds).
• FIRST STAR
  • Complete all of the above
  • Complete all NRA awards up to, and including bar five
• SECOND STAR
  • Complete all of the above
  • Complete all NRA awards up to, and including bar eight.
• Know how to sight a rifle.
