- Attend two sign-up sessions
- Demonstrate a positive mental attitude and good effort
- Know all positions, both offense and defense
- Demonstrate proper form in:
- Stance and running
- Center snap
- Throwing
- Catching
- Blocking
- Covering a receiver using proper footwork
- Demonstrate the ability to recognize Cover 2 and man defense (int/adv)
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of passing tree (int/adv)
- Demonstrate proper knowledge of the linebacker position

- Passing distance (using correct form)
- Advanced 35 yds
- Intermediate 25 yds
- Beginner 20 yds (with small ball)
- Passing accuracy (through a tire at 10yds with proper form)
- Advanced 8 of 10
- Intermediate 6 of 10
- Beginner 5 of 10 (with small ball)
- Proper route running with ball thrown from passing tree
- Punting (using correct form)
- Advanced 30 yds
- Intermediate 25 yds
- Beginner 20 yds (with small ball)
- Punt/kickoff return
- Advanced 40 yds 5 of 6
- Intermediate 35 yds 4 of 5
- Beginner 30 yds 3 of 6
- Receiving 15 passes total
- Advanced 14 of 15
- Intermediate 12 of 15
- Beginner 10 of 15 (with small ball)
