Fitness

Beginner

  • Sign up for at least two sessions.
  • Display a positive mental attitude.
  • Execution and knowledge of all class calisthenics and stretching exercises.
  • Wear proper equipment: gym shoes, t-shirt, gym shorts, and sweat socks.
  • Properly execute all exercises during warm up and class.
  • Participate in camp and optional jogs.
  • Proper team execution of obstacle course: agility ladder, fitball, climbing wall, and beam.
  • Show signs of physical improvement in the physical fitness program (sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups).
  • Working in class with the idea: “I can always do more”.
  • Instructors approval that all of the above have been accomplished through: dedication, desire, and determination.
  • Complete the camp mile, 60 push ups, 60 sit ups and 10 pull ups in 30 minutes (all of the previous can be counted consecutively and completed in 30 minutes).

Intermediate

  • Sign up for at least two sessions.
  • Received beginner emblem in fitness.
  • Complete camp mile, 75 push ups, 75 sit ups and 15 pull ups (all of the previous can be counted consecutively and completed in 25 minutes).

Advanced

  • Sign up for at least two sessions.
  • Received beginner and intermediate emblems.
  • Complete the camp mile, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups and 25 pull ups (all of the previous can be counted consecutively in 20 minutes).

Instructor

  • Sign up for three sessions.
  • Received beginner, intermediate and advanced emblems.
  • Complete advanced exercise requirements in 15 minutes.
  • Instructor one entire sign up period with instructors observation.
