As the summer of 2025 approaches, we are thrilled to unveil exciting upgrades that will make this season even more special! Our horseback program now features new riding tack, enhancing comfort and safety for both experienced riders and beginners. At the waterfront, campers will enjoy a brand-new swim pier, providing the perfect launch point for swim lessons, races, and dips in Trout Lake. In the kitchen, our dedicated staff will be working with brand-new appliances to keep campers well-fed and energized for their action-packed days, ensuring that every meal is served with the same high-quality, homemade goodness that keeps campers coming back for seconds. With these exciting additions, Red Arrow Camp continues to uphold its commitment to providing the best possible summer experience. We can’t wait for everyone to see—and enjoy—these new improvements!
Camper Mak-Up
As we prepare for another unforgettable summer at Red Arrow Camp, we are excited to welcome a diverse and enthusiastic group of boys who will make up our 2025 camper community. With ages ranging from 7 to 16, these young men come from across the United States and beyond, bringing with them unique backgrounds, experiences, and a shared spirit of adventure.
Our age distribution this summer highlights a balanced mix, with a strong presence of campers at every stage of our program. The largest groups are our 14-year-olds, with 17 campers, and our 11-, 13-, and 15-year-olds, each totaling 15 boys. Younger campers, aged 8 through 10, bring fresh energy and wide-eyed excitement to camp life, while our 16-year-olds serve as role models, embodying the leadership and camaraderie that define Red Arrow. Whether new to camp or seasoned veterans, each camper plays a role in creating the vibrant, supportive atmosphere that makes Red Arrow a special place.
Geographically, Red Arrow’s reach extends far and wide. While our Midwestern roots remain strong with the largest number of campers hailing from Wisconsin (14) and Illinois (13), we are also proud to welcome campers from coast to coast, including California (8), Colorado (5), Texas (5), and states as far-reaching as Washington, Oregon, Virginia, and Georgia. Our camp community extends beyond U.S. borders as well, with 26 boys traveling from Mexico and 2 from Spain, bringing an international flavor to our campfire stories and shared experiences. This blend of backgrounds fosters friendships that span miles and last lifetimes, reinforcing the values of teamwork, adventure, and personal growth that define a summer at Red Arrow Camp.
As we eagerly count down the days until the boys arrive, we look forward to the adventures, challenges, and bonds that will shape another remarkable season. Whether canoeing across the lakes, competing on the ball field, or gathering under the Northwoods sky, our 2025 campers will carry on the time-honored traditions that make Red Arrow Camp a home away from home. Here’s to another summer of laughter, discovery, and lifelong memories!
