Diego Rodriguez

My name is Diego Rodriguez, I was a 3 year camper a cookie and I’m a second year counselor. I study finance at ITAM in Mexico City and I’m extremely passionate about tennis. Im really excited to see the boys from last summer and meet the new campers too.

George Mayher

Hello I’m George Mayher, I am 20 years old and from Moorestown, New Jersey. I am currently studying at the University of Denver and am double majoring in economics and history with the intentions of going to law school. I was a seven year camper at Red Arrow from 2011-2017 and a cookie in 2018. At Red Arrow I will be teaching lax and sail among many different classes. I fell in love with Red Arrow for so many different reasons but most of all I loved the brotherhood I felt when I was at Red Arrow. I’m so excited for this summer to be able to give the experience my counselors gave me which made me grow as a person and have the best summers of my life.

Jack Chione

My name is Jack Chione and I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I just finished my freshman year at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I was a 6 year camper, a stable boy last year, and this is my first summer as a cabin counselor. I will be heading our baseball program and I am so excited to be on staff and spend another summer at Red Arrow!

Jose Sandoval

My name is Jose Sandoval, I am 22 years old and I’m from Mexico City. I was a camper for 3 years, a cookie for one, and this will be my 2nd summer as a counselor. I will be teaching lots of activities such as soccer, track, archery, trap and lots of others. I can’t wait for this summer to start. I’m looking forward to transmitting my passion to all the kids and help them have their best summer of their live.

Will Kucera

Hi everyone. My name is Will Kucera and I’m 19 years old. I’m from Jackson Hole, Wyoming and I attend Colgate University. This is my fourth summer at camp (2nd on staff) and I’m beyond excited to continue to teach Waterskiing and Lacrosse! I love RAC because every single day here is a unique experience. Whether I’m trotting on a horse, playing guitar in Chapel, or leading a canoe trip, I’m always eager to jump out of bed in the morning and see what the day holds. I cannot wait for summer 2022 - it’ll be one for the books!

Juan Castellanos

Hi! My name is Juan Castellanos but most people at Red Arrow call me YaYa. This is my first year as a counselor and my fourth summer at Red Arrow. I’m a Med School student at UDEM in Monterrey, Mexico. This summer I’ll be teaching waterski, weightlifting, fitness, tennis and soccer. I’m especially excited to help boys have their best summer ever and to pass on all the lessons I learned from my time as a camper.

Jimmy Hoban

My name is Jimmy Hoban. I am 19 and from Winnetka Illinois. I am enrolled at Indiana University and just recently switched out of Kelley Business School to pursue other interests. I was a camper from 2013-2016 and this will be my first year as a counselor. I will be head of the football program along with teaching lacrosse, ski, ride, and fitness among other activities. What I am most excited about is to be able to witness the development of these young boys and hopefully leave a lasting impact on all campers I come across. I had an unbelievable time as a camper and can’t wait to share my knowledge and experiences in order to aid in the development of these amazing boys.

Christopher Schmidt

Hello, I am Christopher Schmidt. I am 19 years old from New Orleans, Louisiana. I go to school at Louisiana State University, where I am currently studying finance. I spent one summer at camp in 2017, yet unfortunately could not return due to baseball obligations. I am now back as a first year counselor and am very excited to be teaching several activities including baseball, basketball, and fitness. I am very excited for this upcoming summer and grateful to help your sons grow as they become the boys they want to be.

Hamilton Sateri

My name is Hamilton, and this is my 2nd summer as a counselor. I was a five year camper and enjoyed waterski, track, and lacrosse at camp which I will also be teaching this summer. I am from Bethesda, Maryland and attend the University of Notre Dame. One of my favorite things about camp is the lifelong friendships I have made, and I hope to give the campers the same great experience I had.

My name is Manuel de la Fuente and this will be my first year as a counselor. I was a camper for 3 years and worked as a cookie in 2019. I attend Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City, and at camp I will be teaching the boys mountain biking, rock climbing and ropes course, sailing and some fitness as well.

Ronan Hagar

Hi! My name is Ronan. This will be my 3rd summer as a counselor and my 11th year at Red Arrow! I live overseas in the UK, studying psychology at the University of St Andrews. This summer I'll be leading the sailing and windsurfing programs, and I hope to use my experience sailing competitively to give the best instruction I can!

My name is Santiago I am currently studying mechatronic engineering. I was a two year camper back in 2012 and 2013. This is my first year as a counselor and my main goal is to make this summer a memorable one, the classes I will be giving are tennis, soccer and swimming. For me Red arrow is a camp that helps you become the best version you can be.

Charlie Hoban

My name is Charlie Hoban, and I am 20 years old from Winnetka, Illinois. I play football and lacrosse at Wesleyan University in Connecticut, and I will be teaching both of those sports at camp as well as waterskiing, weightlifting, and fitness. This will be my first year on staff but my fifth year at RAC, and I am beyond excited for the campers to get here.

Andres Garibay

My name is Andres Garibay. I am 18 years old and lived in Mexico City until I emigrated to study abroad in Westminster School in Connecticut. I will teach waterskiing, soccer, fitness, and trap this year. I was a camper for five years, this being my first year as a counselor, and I look forward to giving these kids the transformative and magical summer that I experienced here.

Juan Jo Garibay

My name is Juan Jo Garibay. I am from Mexico City and I am going to be a junior at Loyola University in Chicago. I was a camper for 5 years and this will be my second year as a counselor. I truly believe Red Arrow is a special place, and I would not be the person I am if it wasn’t for this place. I am very excited to be back this summer; I will mostly be out on the lake driving the boats and teaching waterskiing.

Hi my name is Thomas Grady and I am 18 years old. I am from New Orleans and will be a sophomore at the University of Alabama in the fall. I was a camper for four years and a stable boy last summer. I am excited to be teaching nature, ride, and other activities to your boys.

Doug Dittel

As a third year counselor, I’m looking forward to my 11th summer here at red arrow. From starting my journey as a camper in cabin B and proceeding all the way through chateau, this place has shaped into who I am today. I am originally from Antigo, Wi and currently living in St. Louis where I am working with youth coaching them in climbing and high ropes. Here at Red Arrow, I will be spending most of my time by the water teaching canoeing. The views will never get old and the joy grows stronger every year to be able to come back.

Hayden Barton

My name is Hayden Barton, I am 19 years old and I was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. I was a camper at Red Arrow for 5 summer’s (2014-18) and this is my first summer as a counselor. I am enrolled at the University of Mississippi and I am starting my sophomore year in the fall. I studied business my freshman year and am now changing to a multi media major that the university offers. I will be teaching basketball, fitness, drama, sailing, and weightlifting. I am very excited to help your son become the best version of himself he can be this summer!

Anthony Burgan

I can’t possibly express how excited I am to be back for my fifth summer as a Red Arrow counselor. Leading the boys as they learn and grow each summer has been tremendously fulfilling. This summer I’ll be down at the waterfront teaching scuba, over at the rifle range, or up at the trap range, and the chance to pass on my love for each of these is wonderful to look forward to. In the off season, I live in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, but will be spending my next year as a teaching fellow at Culver Academies in northern Indiana. One form of teaching to another—so much to look forward to!

David Keenan

Hi, my name is David Keenan, and I am from Forest, Virginia. Currently, I am a sophomore at the University of Denver with a major in Finance, Journalism, and a minor in Russian. In the past, I have worked various jobs in construction and in restaurants. This will be my first summer as a counselor at RAC and I will be instructing riflery, trap, archery, and shop, and I am extremely excited!

I am extremely excited to be back home at Red Arrow this summer. This summer is my 6th summer as a counselor. I help run our bike, basketball, climbing, and wrestling programs here at camp. I’m from Saint Louis, Missouri. This summer I look forward to having a lot of fun and really seeing improvements from each and every boy.

Claude Pons

My name is Claude Pons and im very excited for my 9th summer at Red Arrow! I will be down by the lake making sure all of our skiers are shredding hard, as well as teaching our boys competitive sailing. You may also see me coaching fine gentlemen at the golf course and the trap range. I also love backpacking and am looking forwards to Red Arrow’s most challenging hiking trip: “The Isle Royale” where I will make sure the senior campers make amazing memories as I once did as a camper.

Eli Halverson

My name is Eli Halverson and this is my second summer as a counselor here at RAC. I was born in Woodruff, Wisconsin but spent most of my life in Stoughton, Wisconsin. I graduated this spring from UW-Stevens Point with a degree in natural resource management. From there, I will be starting as a Graduate Research Assistant at South Dakota State University this upcoming fall. Where I will be studying and researching soil science. Here at RAC I specialize in the riflery, trap shooting, and nature programs. I am incredibly excited for another beautiful summer at RAC, there is truly no better place to spend a summer.

I am Alejandro Ventimilla, I was a two year camper and this is my second year as counselor. I am truly excited to make the best out of this summer! I’m currently in my last year of university at ITAM in Mexico City studying Business Engineering. I have a passion in all types of sports and I am always looking forward to transmitting it to campers
