The Facilities and Capital Equipment Plan outlines key facility and capital improvement projects slated for completion over the next five years, requiring a total estimated investment of $460,100. These projects address critical infrastructure updates to maintain and enhance the camp experience. Major priorities include replacing nearly all kitchen equipment ($80,000), upgrading swim and boat piers ($116,000), resurfacing and installing irrigation on the sports field ($75,000), and constructing a dedicated female bathroom facility ($65,000). Additional projects such as replacing cabin mattresses, acquiring a new ski boat, upgrading the maintenance tractor, and repairing camp roads are also identified to improve the overall functionality and sustainability of RAC’s facilities.
With the Second Century Campaign concluding in 2025, our financial focus will shift toward funding these essential projects through a combination of annual fundraising, targeted capital campaigns, and expanded donor outreach. Ensuring the continued success of Red Arrow Camp requires a robust and sustained effort to increase donor participation, grow endowment funds, and secure new revenue streams. By maintaining annual gift income of at least $300,000, while also raising capital for high-priority projects, RAC will continue to provide an unparalleled camping experience while safeguarding its infrastructure for future generations. Those interested in contributing to these efforts are encouraged to connect with the Red Arrow Camp Foundation to support these transformative initiatives.
