Scuba Diving Director

Team Role 

Candidates must have a positive attitude and good communication skills, enjoy working with others, and be willing team players. Ability to be comfortable working closely with boys and young staff a must.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Instruct three to four, two-hour sessions per day, five to six days per week. And an occasional Sunday dive. Other time spent to fix equipment, fill scuba tanks and do paperwork. 
  • Be comfortable in leading PADI certification coursework and follow-up with campers to best position them to meet the requirements for PADI certification.
  • Work closely with supporting Divemaster/Counselor
  • Must have OWSI certification plus experience operating Scuba equipment and running a compressor. 
  • Highly organized and self-driven individual is a must. Must track progress of all camper’s progression in the various levels of Scuba classes. 

Compensation: $6,000+ (room and board can be included)
